If you require any help purchasing a product, please take a look at the possible answers below. If the answer you are looking for isn’t included in the following FAQs, please email us on administrator@besthandmade.co.uk and we will be more than happy to assist you.

How do I contact a seller?

If you want to ask a seller a question, on a product page, click on ‘Vendor Info’. The sellers name will be highlighted in blue which you will need to click on. This will take you to their shop where you can select their email address to email. If you have any questions regarding their products or services, you will need to contact them first. If the seller hasn’t responded to you within 10 working days, please contact Best Handmade on purchasing@besthandmade.co.uk

How do I buy something on Best Handmade?

If you see a product you wish to buy, you will need to click ‘Add to Basket’. If you wish to purchase additional products, you can add each one to your basket at the same time. Please remember, each product may come from a different seller so postage will be from all of the sellers individually.

You are able to purchase more than one of the same product providing the seller has enough stock showing. If no stock is showing, please contact the seller, as some sellers accept backorders.

Why does the shipping cost vary?

The cost of shipping is decided by each individual seller. It also depends on the size and weight and dimensions of the product. The bigger or heavier the product, the more the shipping will cost the seller. If you want to question the shipping cost for a particular product, please contact the seller directly.

On the Cart page, the shipping says there are no shipping options available for my address, what shall I do?

Contact Best Handmade using admin@besthandmade.co.uk and we will get the shipping arranged for that product ASAP. This just means that the seller hasn’t entered their shipping costs.

How can I pay for a product?

You can pay securely by either PayPal, or Credit / Debit card.

I’m having issues paying, what shall I do?

If you are having issues paying for your shopping, please contact administrator@besthandmade.co.uk and we will happily assist you with your payment.

How do I cancel an order?

If you have placed an order by accident or you have changed your mind, please contact the seller directly. Sellers are able to cancel the order through their account. If the seller doesn’t respond within 10 working days, please contact Best Handmade purchasing@besthandmade.co.uk

How do I claim a refund for a cancelled order?

If the seller has not responded and you paid using PayPal, you will need to go directly to PayPal and submit a dispute. PayPal will also get in contact with the seller and your issue will be resolved. You will then receive your refund via PayPal. This will need to be done within 45 days of the transaction

If you paid by credit/debit card, or 45 days have passed, you will need to contact your bank.
