Decorative as well as practical these cutting boards are hand made and individually engraved to your requirements: They are made from Mediterranean olive wood. Every one is unique, coloured, patterned and shaped by the natural grain of the wood. Olive wood is ideal for food preparation as the natural oil content of olive wood means that it kills bacteria and is therefore more hygienic than other wood or plastic products. The wood is finished with oil and so will not taint any food it is in contact with.

These boards are a wonderful gift from Mother Nature, and the one you receive may have a different shape and grain to the one in the pictures, (you cannot choose your shape but they are all beautiful) We will position the engraving to suit the individual shape of your board

· Please put your engraving text inside brackets () so we know to only engrave that.

WE ONLY FOLLOW UP IF YOUR ORDER MISSING THE PERSONALISATION, WE WON’T BE CHECKING IF WHAT YOU WROTE IS WHAT YOU REALLY WANTED! WE WON’T CHECK YOUR GRAMMAR EITHER AS OURS ISN’T PERFECT NEITHER. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY (UK ONLY)
PLEASE READ: 1st and 2nd class standard and recorded delivery are NOT Guaranteed Delivery Services. The only delivery service Royal Mail will guarantee is TRACK & TRACE and EXPRESS DELIVERY (offered on every listing). During busier periods, such as Christmas and bank holidays some parcels may take longer then expected to arrive and we advise all buyers to be aware of this, and to allow extra time for your items to arrive. Although every effort is made on our part to get items out quickly, we do not deliver them ourselves and are therefore relying on Royal Mail to get them delivered on time. A recent face to face meeting with a Royal Mail representative confirmed that 98% of post arrives without issue, which does mean that 2% may get lost or delayed, which we unfortunately cannot do anything about. Please do not assume an item not received is an item not sent, please check your order history and if it has been marked as dispatched then please be assured it has been dispatched, and any delay thereafter is down to Royal Mail. We will do our best to resolve any issues arising from Royal Mail not delivering on time, but please remember a lost or delayed parcel is just as frustrating for us as it is for you.
